Allervita Education Foundation is an educational organization founded by Dr. Ravikant Zala and Dr. Mala Zala, dedicated to advancing allergy care through education, research, and collaboration. We organize the Annual Allergy Conclave and offer various training programs for healthcare professionals.

Our Services are intended for healthcare professionals, medical students, dental professionals, and individuals interested in allergy education. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent.

Payment is required at the time of registration for courses, events, or services. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your complete payment card information.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Event Cancellations: Full refund if we cancel an event; no refund for user cancellations within 7 days of the event
• Course Refunds: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days

6. Intellectual Property Rights
